• Coordinating vehicle transport between clients and carriers
• Freight brokerage services connecting shippers with carriers
• Logistics planning and route optimization
• Transport coordination for dealers, auctions, and private clients

We act as an intermediary between clients requiring transport services and third-party carriers who perform the actual transportation. We do not own or operate transport vehicles.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Have legal ownership or authorization to transport the vehicle(s) in question

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about vehicles to be transported
• Disclose any vehicle conditions that may affect transport (non-running, modified, damage)
• Ensure vehicles are accessible for pickup at the agreed time and location
• Be present or have an authorized representative present at pickup and delivery
• Inspect vehicles upon delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading
• Pay all agreed-upon fees and charges promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• To transport vehicles you do not have legal authority to ship
• To transport vehicles containing illegal substances or hazardous materials
• To provide false or misleading information
• To interfere with or disrupt our operations or carrier networks
• In any manner that could damage our reputation or business relationships

6. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes in pickup or delivery locations
• Vehicle condition changes (running vs. non-running)
• Seasonal demand fluctuations
• Route changes or additional stops
• Expedited shipping requests

We reserve the right to modify quotes if the information provided was inaccurate or incomplete.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure carrier scheduling
• Remaining balance is typically due upon delivery
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or certified funds
• Late payments may incur additional fees

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by shipment type:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Deposit refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup: May forfeit deposit
• Cancellations after carrier dispatch: Subject to full charges

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JMN LOGISTICS, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Actual transit times depend on weather, traffic, route conditions, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JMN LOGISTICS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

For vehicle damage claims, liability is governed by the carrier's insurance policy and applicable federal regulations. We facilitate claims processing but are not the insurer.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification
